Description

The BME Mini Doypack Machine is designed for efficient packing of delicate and precise products like puffy foods, snacks, candy, and more. It offers versatility with multiple pouch types, including 3-side seal and stand-up pouches. Depending on the model you choose—BME-MDP-L, BME-MDP-S, or BME-MDP-LG—the machine can reach a maximum speed of 18, 15, or 10 bags per minute respectively.

Equipped with advanced electronics, it features PLC control from Mitsubishi and PID controllers from Omron and Delta for reliable performance. The intuitive operation is supported by a touch-screen interface, simplifying user interaction. The machine operates on a power supply of 220V/60HZ, requiring a 1-phase 20A plug, and consumes 0.75kW.

For air components, the machine uses high-quality parts from AirTac and includes an air cylinder and vacuum generator, ensuring efficient performance. It requires an air source of 400L/min, or slightly less for the BME-MDP-LG model, which needs 390L/min.
