Gas-powered, for one trolley with 16 65x45cm trays.

Oven made entirely of stainless steel, except for the steamer, which does not work in stainless steel (standard steamer).

Trolley coupling with lower platform and ball lock.

Installed thermal power: 60,000 kcal (70 kW)

Average hourly consumption: approximately 36,000 kcal/h. Equivalent to 4.3 cubic meters of natural gas/h.

Standard digital control, automatic steam release valve.

Burner area and electrical panel on the left side as standard.

Equipped with one trolley with 16 decks without trays. Ovens assembled at our premises, without motors or electrical system.
