Description
This small lab/test-size band tunnel oven manufactured by BTE is designed specifically for laboratory and testing purposes. Built in 2019, it features an 18-inch band width and an overall oven width of approximately 3 feet. The oven length is about 13 feet, with an overall length of 21 feet 6 inches when including the infeed and outfeed areas.
It is equipped with both mesh and solid bands, specifically a CB5 mesh and a Sandvick solid band for versatility. The oven operates with top and bottom 500,000 BTU Maxon natural gas burners, allowing a temperature range up to 550°F. It is noted that this model does not include humidity controls.
The power requirements for this oven are 230 VAC, 3-phase, 60 Hz, making it compatible with standard industrial power supplies. This used model provides reliable performance for various test applications and is ideal for small batch processes.
