Description

The BME 2 Row Sandwich Machine is designed for effective and efficient biscuit sandwiching operations. It features a robust main unit, controlled by motors and a PLC system, with a stainless-steel touchscreen for easy operation. Its design includes a quick-change head, allowing for varied cookie shapes to be processed seamlessly. An automatic detection unit and double chain pusher optimize the sandwiching process. All parts in contact with products are made from stainless steel and remain unpainted for hygiene purposes.

This machine accommodates different sandwich sizes, with round options ranging from Φ40mm to Φ70mm and square sizes from 40mm to 80mm in length and 40mm to 70mm in width, with thicknesses between 4mm and 8mm. It can handle a capacity of 300-600 pieces per row, driven from left to right, and operates on 220V, with a power demand of 7.5 kW. The weight of the machine is approximately 1200 kg.

It includes a cream feeding system operated by an independent motor, ensuring easy maintenance and cleaning with removable components. Additional features such as a double blade mixer and stainless-steel pump enhance performance, while a double-jacketed temperature control system maintains efficient operation. Suitable for various industrial baking applications, this machine can be customized according to client specifications.
