A TROMP sheeting line, purchased new in 2019, ensures consistent dough thickness. The six-tier proofer facilitates precise dough fermentation. The Rademaker/DenBoer 60′ tunnel oven employs an impingement method and a chain-drive wire mesh belt, promoting even baking. Additionally, the IJ White system includes spiral cooling and entry and exit conveyors, optimizing the cooldown process. An ArtyPac Model 80V is present for efficient packaging.
