The Casa Herrera Tortilla Chip Production Line is a used, complete system designed for producing up to 500 kg/hr of tortilla chips as currently set up. A different It includes key components such as a model 105Z-D Acrison Corn Feed Hopper, a 7-foot horizontal corn washer drum, and a CM-200 stone corn grinder. The line is equipped with a stainless-steel dough feeder featuring a double auger and variable speed control for precision.
A 32-inch stainless steel sheeter with a triangular die and 30-inch belt is included for processing dough. The production line features a 16-foot stainless steel chip oven with a 32-inch belt and equipped with a gas-powered, 3-pass system. Additionally, it includes a sophisticated tortilla chip fryer by Heat & Control, complemented by a heat exchanger with a star filter, salt shaker, and other essential utilities such as scrap discharge conveyor and oil reclaim tank.
Conveyance within the production line is maintained through several stainless steel frame conveyors of varying lengths and dimensions, ensuring efficient movement through each stage of production.
